if the product is damaged

Email or WhatsApp the order number, an image of the invoice, an image of the outer box, two clear images of the damaged product, and a video of how to open the box.

Affected items may only be returned and exchanged in the case of multiple item shipments.

You can count on us to promptly dispatch and replace the product, and we will work with you to resolve the issue amicably.

We will respond to your email within 24 to 48 hours and provide you full support.

In case of lost product

DCGHEE needs to be informed about missing products within 3 days of delivery via email at info@dcghee.com or via WhatsApp at +91 8882179495

Send the order number, invoice image, an outer box image and opening box video via email or WhatsApp.

If a refund is requested, we will be unable to process it. However, we will be happy to dispatch the missing product as soon as possible

Emails will be replied within 24 to 48 hours and full support will be provided thereafter.

Email must include order number, date of packaging, and clear photos or videos of the product
